Job Description

Responsibilities

Achieve the allocated sales target as well as organize, plan, and manage the telesales activities of cable products in the country.

Perform indoor sales tasks as per management guidelines.

Maintain and develop the assigned customer base and territory, which aim for a significant increment in active customers.

Ensure customer databases are well managed in the SAP and C4C systems.

Ensure the system is actively used in dayโ€‘toโ€‘day activities.

Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales in coordination with the country sales support team.

Create a quotation as requested by the customer, negotiate, and close the sale.

Manage requests for information and online presentations.

Identify appropriate contacts, qualify them, and drive leads through the sales process.

Expand contacts through phone calls, meetings, or other sales activities and ensure the correct information is encoded properly into the system.

Coordinate with the customer service team on orders, returns, shipments, and products.

Provide commercial and technical collaboration with all members of the telesales team whenever required.

Understand customers' business, behavior, and company structure to provide a solution through efficient technical and commercial service and support.

Create and maintain the reputation of the products and increase companyโ€™s brand awareness in the market.

Maintain and develop close relationships with customers to gain a clear understanding of their needs through onโ€‘site visits whenever required.

Create and maintain a fair, democratic, and good working environment with the indoor team members.

Maintain a cohesive and stable indoor workforce in the country.

Requirements

Minimum bachelorโ€™s degree in any related field.

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Having a minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience in roles like tele sales & tele marketing, sales administration.

Sales driven person who has experience working in high pressure environments to achieve targets.

Having experience working in industries such as Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Data Center, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction.

Having experience in doing Sales Costing in Excel.

Able to work independently, take responsibility for tasks, and be a team player.

Good command of both English and Bahasa (local language).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Willing to join immediately.
