Country Manager - Indonesia

About TopFX We have been providing liquidity solutions brokers and CFD trading platforms to clients since 2010. We enable all types of clients to trade over 600 assets with institutional grade conditions and first-class customer support.

We are seeking a reliable and results-driven Country Manager for Indonesia to join our team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence in Indonesia.

Recruit, mentor, train and guide a team of Business Development/Account Managers across the country.

Work closely with line manager to ensure execution of business development and marketing initiatives such as promotions and campaigns.

Continuously conduct market research and analysis to competitors to identify new business opportunities and market trends to make sure our product offering continues to stay competitive.

Negotiate deals and establish business partnerships with high value IB’s and Affiliates.

Set performance targets and KPI’s to the team and provide regular feedback to management.

Arrange and attend seminars, expos, etc.

Meet and exceed KPI’s and targets set by management team.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities IB’s partners and Affiliates.

Requirements

Relevant language and English speaking is a must.

Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role within the CFD trading industry.

A track record of exceeding targets and building high-performing teams.

Expertise in business development and client acquisition.

Proficiency with sales tools and data analysis for decision-making.

Strong knowledge of FX markets and financial products.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and relationship-building expertise.

Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive client relationships.

Deep understanding of relevant regulations within country/region.
