Maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts, proactively engaging and addressing potential issues. Gather customer satisfaction data to improve solutions and recommendations. Understand account priorities and develop value-added programs focusing on holistic solutions. Manage order fulfillment and delivery for assigned accounts. Provide insights into sales strategies and industry trends to support long-term planning. Build and manage relationships with distributors, leading and motivating their sales teams. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Life Science, Biomedical, or related field. Minimum 2 years of sales/application experience in Medical Tech or Laboratory equipment.
