Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Professional, located in Setia Budi. The role includes identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The professional will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and maintain client satisfaction. Additional tasks involve market research, identifying client needs, and contributing to company growth through effective business development and sales activities.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Management

Strong background in Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal relationship building

Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation

Knowledge of Tax Consulting or Financial Services industry is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
