Interior Designer Assistant Manager

Lead end-to-end interior design execution for F&B and retail projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards, landlord requirements, and project timelines. Coordinate with landlords, brand principals, and internal teams to secure approvals and ensure smooth project implementation. Oversee design development, layout planning, and construction documentation to ensure accuracy and buildability. Support BoQ preparation, cost evaluation, and value engineering to maintain budget control. Collaborate with procurement and vendors to optimize materials, pricing, and timeline efficiency. Provide design review and technical guidance to junior designers to ensure quality standards. Maintain design consistency across multiple brands and outlets to support scalable store standards. Assist in project management activities including scheduling, progress tracking, site coordination, and issue resolution to ensure timely store openings.
