Responsibilities

Presenting financial statements (CP, detail Balance Sheet, Hyperion), reconciliation AP to Corporate

Presenting HR Report, VR Report, PDCA to SBU

Making Quarterly Report to external parties (BKPM, OJK, BANK)

Conduct with PR Approval for Expenses all departments in Oracle

Conduct with Cash Opname with Finance Accounting Staff

Involved in closing final module AP, AR, GL, FA in Oracle monthly and yearly

Involved in Annual Budgeting to support FA Expenses, Capex and Depreaciation

Generate SOP regarding to finance and accounting in necessary

Generate CR Oracle regarding to finance, accounting and fixed asset if necessary

Work closely with corporate Finance Accounting Kalbe and other Kalbe entities

Liase with auditor, providing data and documents for auditor, and checking report before final

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min. 3 years experience in Finance and Accounting

Understanding of budget management

Good decisions making skills

Ability to communicate and interact with relevant stakeholders including clients, staff and other finance accounting entities

Able to work to timescales and under pressure

Possess a good level of practical skill in the use of Microsoft Office packages and Oracle software

Possess an excellent understanding of financial and accounting matters

Strong communication skills, especially in English
