Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Based in Batam, Indonesia)

Collaborate with production teams to define and implement QA/QC requirements, ensuring product compliance with established standards. Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection criteria, and necessary quality documentation in alignment with regulatory and customer standards. Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve internal and customer-related concerns. Utilize SPC tools to analyze trends, monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements Lead the creation and maintenance of inspection plans, control plans, and work instructions; provide training to ensure correct implementation. Assist in the preparation of Management Review documents and Risk Analysis/Assessment reports. Maintain and update quality system documents in compliance with document control procedures. Compile and submit quality performance reports on a scheduled basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) Actively support continuous improvement initiatives related to Quality and Information Security Management Systems. Address quality concerns arising from production and customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to implement corrective actions with clear documentation and communication. Act as liaison with customers to ensure timely and effective resolution of quality issues. Support QA Manager in audits and compliance activities with both customer-specific and regulatory standards. Conduct in-process inspections, Final Quality Control (FQC) audits, and supplier process audits to ensure quality at every stage of production. Requirements

Diploma in Manufacturing /Quality Engineering with 1-2 year of relevant working experience in Electronics Product Manufacturing environment 2 years of working experience in handling audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries. Able to work under pressure, independent, self-motivated and part of a team Strong understanding of IPC standards in PCB assembly, as well as quality requirements for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and precision machining process Spoken in English, Bahasa Indonesia (Malay) and Mandarin as required to liaise with China-based supplier/customer/communication and liaise with Indonesia factory workers and staffs. Must be willing station in Batam, Indonesia
