Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is often preferred. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related fields. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects. Deep understanding of consulting methodologies, data analysis, and business strategy. Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and risk management. Familiarity with analytical tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, or project management tools. Ability to lead, motivate, and build high-performing teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategic solutions to clients and senior management. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain professional connections with clients. Awareness of current industry trends and market challenges. Comprehensive understanding of business operations, change management, and digital transformation. Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Experience working in a global team or cross-cultural environment is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of impactful and relevant consulting strategies for clients. Identify new opportunities for consulting services and build relationships with potential clients. Actively contribute to the development of the company’s service offerings. Oversee and ensure the delivery of consulting projects that meet the company’s quality standards. Manage consulting teams and support career development for team members. Provide direction and mentoring to junior consultants and project managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level (C-suite) clients. Provide strategic insights to clients and deliver solutions to complex challenges. Ensure high client satisfaction through excellent consulting service delivery. Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives in consulting services. Ensure solutions offered align with client needs and market demands. Oversee project reporting and deliver strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
