We are TikTok Shop's Indonesia e-commerce business line, focusing on live streaming and short video content strategy operations. We deeply cultivate Indonesia's booming e-commerce market, driving merchant growth and enhancing user shopping experience through tailored content strategies. Our team is young and dynamic, with a comprehensive mentor-led training system. Here, you will get exposure to cutting-edge e-commerce content trends in Indonesia, participate in end-to-end strategy implementation from scratch, and quickly accumulate dual core experiences in local e-commerce operations and content strategy! Responsibilities Assist in conducting special data analysis on content quality, participate in tracking and decomposing core metrics, sort out the dependency relationships between metrics, and output data insight reports to support Indonesia-focused content strategy optimization; Support the establishment of a livestream & short video content quality evaluation system. Based on keen judgment of high-quality local content, participate in formulating content screening standards and optimization directions, and accumulate reusable content methodologies adapted to Indonesian users; Independently coordinate with vertical teams and cross-functional teams, clarify requirement boundaries, promote task implementation, and ensure the efficient execution of Indonesia-targeted content strategies; Continuously monitor TikTok Indonesia's platform content trends and competitor dynamics, deeply understand Indonesian user preferences and cultural characteristics, and put forward valuable suggestions for localized content optimization.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, major is not limited; with a strong interest in e-commerce, cross-border business, and content operations; Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), master common data statistics and analysis methods; Possess excellent logical thinking ability and structured expression ability; meticulous, rigorous, responsible, and capable of efficiently promoting multiple tasks; Available to intern at least 5 days per week, commit to a stable internship period of 5-6 months; candidates who can start soon are preferred;

Preferred Qualifications Passionate about social media, familiar with TikTok Indonesia's livestream and short video content formats, and with keen judgment on localized high-quality content is a bonus. SQL skills are a plus;
