Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Identify and approach customers and suppliers to secure upcoming season collections and wholesale orders. Conduct negotiation meetings with customers and suppliers to finalize product proposals and collections. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods in line with purchase orders. Prepare billing documents and monitor payment timelines to ensure smooth financial transactions. Provide excellent after-sales service by addressing customer complaints, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong long-term relationships. Generate and analyze weekly and monthly wholesale sales reports to track performance against targets.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in managing

modern trade accounts

(hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience chains, or wholesale distributors). Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Deep understanding of modern trade dynamics, including category management, merchandising, and promotional planning. Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
