Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an

HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Manager

based in Bandung, Indonesia. The HRBP Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, promoting compliance with labor and employment laws, and managing performance across teams. The role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals and ensuring the organization fosters a positive and equitable workplace environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices

Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law

Experience with Performance Management initiatives and methodologies

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead strategic HR initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

Certifications like CHRP or equivalent are advantageous
