HRGA (Clubhouse - Padel Sport)

Role Overview As the HRGA for the Clubhouse - Padel Sport, you will manage all human resources and general affairs aspects within the clubhouse environment. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, administrative support, event coordination, and fostering a positive culture that promotes health and fitness through padel sports.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment processes for Clubhouse staff, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote effective organizational culture.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the sports and fitness environment.

Manage general administrative tasks, including office management, supply inventory, and facility maintenance.

Create and oversee employee engagement initiatives that promote teamwork, wellness, and community spirit.

Organize events and activities for clubhouse members, strengthening community connections through sports.

Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and support concerns through effective communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in a sports or recreation environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Passion for sports, particularly padel, and promoting an active lifestyle.

Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
