Finance Supervisor / Manager

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.

Proficient in Tally and Accurate Accounting Systems, with strong system implementation and reconciliation skills.

Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, VAT).

Familiar with bank guarantee issuance process (performance bond), banking products (giro), and money market activities.

Able to prepare financial reports and communicate effectively in English (written & spoken).

Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, good leadership, and time management skills.

Job Description

Lead and manage the Finance team to ensure daily operations run effectively and efficiently.

Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and petty cash balances.

Review and reconcile outstanding accounts to ensure alignment with the General Ledger (AR & AP, bill-wise and currency-wise).

Review and validate company tax obligations before payment (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, VAT).

Prepare financial reports and supporting documents, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Projection, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.

Supervise, coach, and develop finance team members.

Coordinate and support external financial audits.

Conduct asset control management and periodic asset audits across all company locations.

Note: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
