Legal Supervisor

Drafting contracts and other legal documents such as wills and trusts Reviewing cases to determine whether they have legal merit Preparing legal papers and briefs, researching legal issues, and drafting legal documents such as contracts, wills, trusts, and business agreements Representing clients in court, negotiating with opposing counsel, and working with clients to develop legal arguments Representing clients in court or other settings, such as depositions or hearings Conducting research on legal issues to support litigation efforts Interpreting laws, regulations, and policies to advise clients about how these apply to their situation Drafting pleadings and motions for court proceedings, including divorce actions, criminal charges, bankruptcy petitions, and appeals of administrative decisions Requirements

Holds a law degree from a reputable university, a master's degree would be preferable. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of e-commerce and cyber law, general trade, logistics, on-demand services, and transportation business, either as an in‑house counsel or solicitor of reputable law firms. Experience in drafting a business contract and contract negotiation Has excellent negotiation, networking, management, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Self‑motivated, with a desire to learn and an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
