Job Description
“Terra Drone Agri is looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, expanding market share in Malaysia, and leading the sales team to deliver strong performance.”
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team’s performance.
Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
Conduct negotiations and close strategic deals.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience and established distribution channels in the
drone or agriculture industry .
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with strong analytical skills.
