Qualifications

3 year minimum experienced as a KOL Leader/Supervisor in the

Beauty/Fragrance Industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in guiding and developing a diverse team. Proven track record in handling KOL campaign. Experienced in handling KOL Mega and got a good achievement. Ready to working under target. Experienced in handling internal and external campaign is a ++ Proficient in analyzing data to inform strategies and enhance campaign performance. Familiarity with KOL management tools, social media analytics, and current trends in the beauty industry. Job Description

Oversee and mentor the KOL team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. Develop and execute comprehensive KOL engagement strategies aligned with the brand’s vision and market trends. I dentify, recruit, and maintain strong partnerships with top-tier KOLs, influencers, and beauty experts, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives. Lead the design, execution, and optimization of KOL-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality content and engagement metrics are met. Analyze campaign effectiveness and KOL performance, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate KOL strategies across all brand initiatives. Manage the KOL marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
