Job Description

Develop and implement strategies to optimize transport and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

Manage and lead a team of managers to oversee daily transport activities, including routing, scheduling, vendor coordination, and vehicle maintenance, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Monitor operational performance, analyze market trends, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and asset utilization.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, negotiate service agreements, and support commercial growth while meeting SLA requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated logistics solutions and improve overall business performance.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in transport or logistics operations sector

In-depth knowledge of fleet management, maintenance, and safety.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, focused on operational efficiency and results.

Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Strong background in transport and distribution and ability to understand the business commercial

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multi-location operations and driving performance.
