Commercial and Financial

Drive and deliver Biomonitoring Sales number for Indonesia

Deliver measurable growth in new leads, contacts and opportunity conversions

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

Establishes and expand new accounts

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Maintains professional and technical microbiology knowledge

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Operational and Administrative

Establish and maintain a record of all customer details with contact names and other pertinent information.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports through SFDC

Regularly advise management regarding potential methods of business improvement.

Managing quotation by collaborating with Sales Support

Attend company meetings, exhibitions, sales conferences and training courses as requested.

Maintain company equipment and have a due regard for the security of all items, including laptop computer, mobile phone, sample stock and literature etc.

Be accurate and punctual in matters of administration of business, including personal expenses as per company guidelines.

Report on key achievements relating to objectives on a weekly basis.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree, with 1 year professional experience, fresh graduate welcome to apply

Candidate with biology, microbiology, food technology, pharmacist, or QC lab background will be regarded

Based in greater Jakarta

Experience in sales/marketing or customer services will be regarded

Should be computer literate

English business fluent with demonstrated clear, concise, and effective communication with diverse audiences, both written and orally.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Possible to travel

Able to adapt the new way of working (able to do efficient and effective sales call, virtual meeting, remote sales closing, data driven approach)
