Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management:

Identify, engage, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure we receive exceptional value.

Sourcing & Negotiation:

Compare and negotiate prices, quality, and delivery timelines to secure the best resources for our projects.

Contract Administration:

Prepare and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Market Research:

Stay updated with the latest market trends, pricing, and products to strategically source materials.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management preferably within property, or construction industries.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.

Strong analytical mindset for evaluating and optimizing purchasing strategies.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present procurement policies.
