Product Sales E-Commerce

Responsibilities : 1. Responsible to create effective product policy, achieving sell-in & retail sales targets of assigned channel and stores 2. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences/ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel owner 3. Create, promote and ensure the implementation of retail activities in assigned channel and sotres 4. Achieve the target of increasing brand share in assigned modern channel and stores to expand new potential stores within the channel 5. Manage PSI, inventory, clear over aging and discontinued models and improve SKU efficiency 6. Manage dedicated promoters and increase productivity.

Requirements : 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major 2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience preferably in marketing/product planning/sales/related function(s) 3. Have a good knowledge about Home Appliances product (Refrigerator/TV/Washing Machine/ /Water Solution/Cold chain freezer) 4. Good knowledge stores management, retail, product policy, and PSI 5. Knowing how and what factors can affect perception of products, especially in consumer goods (market and competitor analysis) 6. Fluency in English 7. Thriving at Microsoft office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) 8. Presentable, articulate, and excellent communication skill 9. Good negotiation, detail-oriented & numbers-friendly 10. Logically, analytically minded, and a fast learner 11. Must know how and what factors can affect perception product especially in home appliances electronics company.
