Responsibilities

Managing And Executing End-to-end HR Matter On Site

Handling Industrial And Community Relation Matters Around The Area

Working Together With Other Functions To Ensure Smoothness Of Site

Strategically Planning The Growth And Business Development Of The Company

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university

Minimum of 8 years experience within human resources, 5 years in managerial position

Fluency in English both written and spoken

Proven track record of being top HR position on site

Previous experience in multinational company and local conglomerates are a huge plus

Experienced in mining and smelting industry

Good communication skill, able to work in a matrix organization
