About The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Senior Manager to lead Electrum’s digital presence, scale our social media ecosystem, and drive measurable growth across online channels. You will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing paid and organic campaigns, growing our social communities, and leading the digital marketing team to deliver high-impact results.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across social media, paid media, content, website, and digital activation programs
Lead aggressive social media growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Build and manage a strong content engine focused on reach, retention, engagement, and audience expansion
Oversee end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels
Analyze digital performance metrics and build dashboards to track reach, traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, engagement, and retention
Lead influencer and creator partnership programs across nano, micro, and macro creators to amplify brand presence
Work closely with Product, CX, Sales, and Brand teams to align digital initiatives with business needs
Ensure brand consistency, message accuracy, and creative quality across all digital touchpoints
Mentor, develop, and lead the digital marketing team, including social media specialists, paid ads managers, content creators, and community managers
Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and external creative partners
What You Bring
6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role
Proven track record of growing social media accounts significantly, including experience driving large-scale audience growth
Strong expertise in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Analytics tools, and social platform insights
Deep understanding of content strategy, storytelling, creative direction, and platform-native content formats
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear and actionable strategies
Experience managing cross-functional digital teams and agency partners
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across Product, CX, Sales, and Brand functions
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer tech, mobility, transportation, or EV-related brands
Hands‑on skills in copywriting, scripting, content creation, or video direction
Established network with influencers, creators, agencies, and digital communities
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer lifecycle strategies
