Real Estate Jr. Manager

Job Description:Responsible for scouting, identifying, securing and delivering potential sites in developing new stores, in line with the company strategy for long term goals & visions.He/she will also responsible for negotiating, securing and monitors all necessaries planning permits for new stores together with legal business partners, as well as, upon request, supporting property assets in the same purpose for store extension or property related issuesBuilding and maintaining relationships with local authorities and government officials as well as with landlords, brokers, lawyers, design consultant, and/or other real estate professionalsScouting land for new store projects in the defined target area while considering the company expansion strategyEnsure that the evaluation of each site includes how well each site can support the implementation, how well the site can be developed for future expansion of commercial activities, all issues with regard to legal permissions, investment calculationsNegotiating and managing real estate purchase contracts or options until final deal in collaborations with legal partners Job Requirement:Minimum Bachelor DegreeUnderstanding real estate market dynamics & characteristics that may affect the feasibility or desirability of developing in new storeHave a good reputation, strong extensive network and relationship with property industry stakeholdersPosses high level of integrityExcellent interpersonal & presentation skillsEnglish proficiency, oral & writtenHave the ability to analyze and write detail reportFamiliar with Microsoft Office application and project management
