FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX MANAGER

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Indo Makmur Foods' finance team as the Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager. In this full‑time position, you will be based in Bergas, Central Java and play a key role in managing the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all accounting, tax and finance‑related functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to support business decision‑making

Ensuring the company's accounting practices and tax filings are compliant with relevant laws and regulations

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations

Managing and developing the finance team to maintain high performance and standards

Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance, accounting or tax management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry

Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Strong financial analysis, reporting and forecasting skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team of finance professionals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using financial management software and tools

Tax Brevet A & B

(required / highly preferred)

Tax Brevet C

(an advantage)

Certificates in

Taxation Training

(VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Tax Planning)

Certificates in

Accounting and Finance Training

Certification in

Accounting / ERP Systems

(Accurate, SAP, or other ERP systems)

Certification in

Tax Reporting and e‑Faktur

Certification in

Financial Management
