General Manager Finance

Requirements:Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMin. 10 years of experience in Finance within Property & Mall Industry (highly preferred)Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulationsProven experience in multi-entity consolidation and cost controlStrong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skillsExcellent communication skills in EnglishWilling to be in Jakarta Area Job Responsibilities:Lead overall financial management including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning for property and mall operationsManage multi-entity financial consolidation and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory complianceControl operational and capital expenditures to improve cost efficiency and profitabilityAnalyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to managementCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulators while ensuring strong financial governanceLead and develop the finance team and present financial insights to stakeholders
