What You’ll Do 1. Source, contact, and partner with potential merchants 2. Conduct merchant canvassing (door-to-door) 3. Verify merchant legal documents (business license, NIB, SIO, etc.) 4. Accurately manage merchant data until live on VIDA 5. Provide Client Portal access and support 6. Handle merchant inquiries and complaints professionally 7. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding & operations

What We’re Looking For 1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail & Google Sheets 3. Minimum 1 year in merchant acquisition / canvassing 4. Preferred: ex-Grab, OVO, Shopee, EDC, Bank experience 5. Excellent communication & negotiation skills 6. Team player with target-driven mindset
