Fucntional Support SAP Fico & MM

Job Description

Provide

daily support and troubleshooting

for SAP modules, particularly

SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) . Handle

incidents, service requests, and problem tickets

reported by users. Analyze system issues and coordinate with

technical or development teams

when necessary. Perform

basic configuration and customizing

based on business requirements. Support

system testing activities (SIT/UAT)

for enhancements or system changes. Prepare

functional documentation , including functional specifications, user manuals, and SOPs. Provide

training and guidance to end-users

related to SAP processes. Ensure smooth operation of

procurement, inventory, and financial processes

in SAP.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields . 2–3 years of experience

as an

SAP Consultant or Functional Support . Strong understanding of

SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master)

and/or

SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) . Experience in

SAP troubleshooting and issue resolution . Familiar with

basic configuration/customizing in SAP . Experience using

ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)

is a plus. Strong

analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills . Able to work collaboratively with

business users and technical teams .
