We are assisting one of our MNC clients at carton printing & packaging manufacturer as Business Development Manager with a placement at Pasuruan, East Java
?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?Drive new customer acquisition and identify new market opportunitiesUnderstand customer buying processes and convert leads into commercial winsBuild strong relationships with prospects and existing customersLead contract preparation, pricing proposals, and service‑level negotiationsSupport product presentations and commercial pitchesManage and expand key accounts while improving customer satisfactionAnalyze markets, competitors, value chains, and account economicsTrack sales performance, profitability, KPIs, and update Salesforce regularlyCollaborate with cross‑functional teams and lead customer review meetings
✔ REQUIREMENTS✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Hunter in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B industriesStrong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close dealsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skillsProficiency in English; additional languages are an advantageComfortable working cross‑functionally with technical, commercial, and operations teamsWilling to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
