As a
Marcomm Team , you will be responsible to become own end-to-end Marcomm administrative transactions with high accuracy, confidentiality, and service orientation, while effectively coordinating across functions and managing finance-related processes under tight timelines..
What will you do?
Transaction ownership: Able to manage administrative processes end-to-end, from initiation through completion.
High tolerance for urgency and pressure; accustomed to handling both planned and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Professional service mindset, with the ability to support and respond to administrative requests from the Marcomm division and the VP Marketing.
Strong cross-functional communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
High standards of confidentiality and integrity; experienced in handling sensitive documents such as contracts, vendor data, and payment information.
Intermediate finance administration literacy, with a solid understanding of PR/PO/GR processes, invoicing, withholding tax, and tax invoices.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a procurement admin, finance operations/admin, AP support, project admin, or vendor management (experience in FMCG, retail, or agency environments is a plus).
Familiar with handling contract and vendor documentation (submission, tracking, follow-up) and knowledgeable about approval workflows.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking purposes (basic to intermediate level: SUMIF/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, simple pivot tables).
Strong document control skills (structured foldering, naming conventions, and version control).
Familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is an advantage.
Required Soft Skills
Customer-service oriented toward internal stakeholders.
Highly organized multitasker with persistence in repetitive follow-ups.
Fast learner of cross-functional internal SOPs and Business Unit working instructions.
Professional and composed when working under pressure.
