Responsibilities
Lead the social media team in planning, creating, and executing engaging content across Instagram and TikTok
Develop and oversee social media strategy , ensuring alignment with Glowiesโ brand values and marketing objectives
Build and manage a content calendar , integrating campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives
Provide creative direction and quality control for all visual and written content
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics , translating insights into actionable improvements
Stay up-to-date with digital culture, Gen Z trends, and the beauty industry landscape to maintain a competitive edge
Act as a brand ambassador , ensuring consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling across platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, KOL/Influencer) to execute integrated campaigns
Qualifications
Diploma (D3) or Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Media, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, digital content, or related roles (preferably within beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industries)
Proven leadership skills , with the ability to guide a small team or lead projects independently
Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Strong creative and analytical balance : excellent storytelling skills combined with data-driven decision-making
Deep passion for beauty, skincare, and feminine aesthetics
Strong knowledge of Gen Z content culture, TikTok trends, and influencer collaborations
