Business Analyst

Conduct Project Management Plan and processes according to the applied BSI Project Methodology. Conduct requirement analysis through discussions, create mock-ups, etc., to ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable. Proactively learn new technologies, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to project requirements. Review all deliverables during the development phase (Testing scenarios) as SME to ensure they are complete, consistent, concise, and comprehensible. Provide support to resolve customer complaints and develop improvement plans resulting from CS Surveys. Provide periodic reports based on the needs of related organizational requirements. Support the realization of improvements outlined in the SII document. Resolve incidents and problems to ensure SLA achievement. Conduct incident & service request management, problem management, change management, release & deployment, and service improvement as assigned. Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or Science. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Consultant. Strong experience with about 3 years of project involvement, including managing at least one cycle of a medium-sized project. Extensive experience in exercising IT Project Management and Business Process Improvement. Having SQL skills at a Middle Level is preferred. Understanding of the IT Services Market & Business. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English (written and oral). Education Degree
