Marketing Support Specialist

Marketing Support Specialist Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns targeting enterprise customers.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Help manage digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, and web content.

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and effectiveness.

Prepare reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, product launches, and enterprise customer engagement initiatives.

Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences.

Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Assist in coordinating promotional efforts and communications across different departments to ensure consistency.

Provide administrative support to the Head of Enterprise Marketing, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing necessary documents.

Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Monitor marketing budgets and help ensure campaigns stay within allocated resources.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the enterprise or B2B sector.

Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Experience working in the enterprise business sector.

Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data‑driven decision-making.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
