English Customer Service Agent
with experience in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to provide essential live chat support to our European and US travelers. If you have a background in travel bookings and strong English skills, we want to hear from you!
✈️ Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the point of contact for international travelers, helping them navigate their journeys with ease:
Use
Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
to manage flight and hotel bookings.
Provide high-quality live chat support to customers from Europe and the US.
Process, modify, and manage reservations, including flight tickets and hotel stays.
Handle booking modifications and cancellations efficiently to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Requirements:
Must have working knowledge or experience using a GDS (Global Distribution System) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Excellent English skills
(minimum C1 level) , both written and verbal.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry or a live chat environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and high attention to detail.
Comfortable working on a rotational 24/7 shift schedule, with a primary focus on night shifts to support international time zones.
Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta.
