Job Summary
We are looking for customer service professionals to join our Customer Service Online Transportation (English Project). This role focuses on providing responsive, accurate, and friendly customer support through voice and email. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Minimum D3 / or bachelor's degree from all majors
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Fluent in English min. B2 Upper Intermediate is a MUST)
Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities.
Communicative
Willing to work in 24/7 Shift including Weekend and Public Holiday
Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
Candidates can work immediately if they passed
Responsibility :
Answering an Incoming chats, and respond to Email
Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
Complete All Chat Logs
Updating customers profile into computer
Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
