Senior Project Coordination Lead

to align design and execution teams across multiple disciplines.

You will act as the central coordination point between Architecture, Civil Construction, and Interior teams — ensuring smooth communication, clear decision flow, and strong execution alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination between Architecture, Civil, and Interior project teams

Drive alignment between design intent and construction execution

Facilitate regular technical coordination meetings and monitor follow‑ups

Identify potential conflicts between design and site execution early

Support project teams with structured problem‑solving and coordination solutions

Ensure information flow between design, project, and site teams remains clear and efficient

Monitor coordination progress across ongoing projects and highlight risks proactively

Assist in improving internal coordination systems and project workflows

Support project leaders in maintaining quality and consistency in delivery

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in construction, architecture, or interior‑related projects

Experience working in multidisciplinary or design–build environments is preferred

Strong understanding of project workflows from design to execution

Good communication and coordination skills across different teams

Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced project environment

Demonstrates leadership mindset and willingness to grow into larger responsibilities

Preferred Experience

Experience handling high‑end residential or premium interior projects

Exposure to both design coordination and site execution processes

Experience facilitating project coordination or technical meetings
