Recruitment Officer

Recruitment Officer will responsible in fulfilling Man Power based on competencies required by conducting branding activities to attract candidates, conducting psychological testing and interview, negotiating salary & benefits, and conducting on boarding process for new employees. Qualifications Bachelor Degree from Psychology. Have working experience as Recruitment Staff minimum 3 years. Have intensive experience in recruiting for supervisory and managerial level. Have excellent knowledge about psychological testing, scoring, and making resume based on testing result. Excellent in conducting behaviour-based interview. Have good communication skill to various stake holder from different job level. Self-motivated, agile, good in working as individual and great in team work. Willing to be located in Bandung and traveling to working area around West Java.
