You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate lifecycle management of all IT assets while also providing critical financial oversight for IT projects — ensuring cost transparency, budget compliance, and seamless transition of project expenditures into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.

If you thrive at the intersection of technology, finance, and operations — and take pride in maintaining precision, accountability, and efficiency — this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities IT Asset Management Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement to disposal), including tracking, tagging, and documentation. Maintain accurate, up-to-date asset records in the ITAM system with 100% compliance to internal policies. Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical inventory. Optimize asset utilization and reduce unnecessary expenditures through strategic planning and disposal protocols. Collaborate with procurement, legal, and security teams to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and data protection standards. IT Finance Review and validate all Memo Budget requests for accuracy and alignment with organizational priorities. Track actual spending vs. allocated budgets for all IT projects; provide weekly/monthly variance reports. Analyze and approve budget transfers or reallocations between projects, ensuring proper documentation and authorization. Monitor project go-live milestones, depreciation schedules, and formal project closure processes. Set, review, and validate direct charge rates for internal cost allocation to business units. Ensure timely and accurate charging of project costs to BAU accounts; monitor charging status and resolve discrepancies. Prepare financial summaries and dashboards for leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in IT Asset Management and/or IT Finance/Project Cost Control. Strong proficiency in inventory tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, or similar). Solid understanding of budgeting, cost allocation, depreciation, and financial reporting principles. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills — comfortable working with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Experience in project planning, scheduling, and financial monitoring (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar). Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to collaborate effectively with IT, finance, and business teams. Willing to work onsite in Bandung
