Mandalika Intercultural School is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher
to join our growing international school community. The ideal candidate is caring, creative, and committed to supporting young learners through a play-based and inquiry-driven approach.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons aligned with the MIS Early Years curriculum.
Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
Facilitate play-based and hands-on learning activities that develop cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language skills.
Assess and monitor childrenโs progress and learning needs.
Communicate regularly with parents and participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings.
Supervise children during classroom time, playtime, and transitions.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
Work collaboratively with the Early Years team and specialists.
Support class events, celebrations, field trips, and school-wide activities.
Requirements
Bachelorโs Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Experience teaching Early Years or Kindergarten preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning.
Warm, patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children.
Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
