Social Media Leader at Betterplace Job Summary:

The Social Media Leader will oversee the company's entire social media presence, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's property sales, property management, and listing campaign goals.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, such as engagement rate, lead conversion, follower growth, and campaign ROI.

Stay current with platform changes, trends (especially in real estate marketing), and best practices to ensure the strategy remains cuttingโ€‘edge.

Supervise, mentor, and train

the Social Media Admin and Content Creator roles, providing constructive feedback and performance reviews.

2. Content & Campaign Management

Oversee the

master content calendar

to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality posting across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Approve all final social media copy, visuals, and video content before publication.

Direct the Content Creator on property showcase videos, listing highlights, neighborhood tours, and general brand content.

Work with the Sales/Marketing team to promote new property listings, open houses, and property management services.

3. Analysis & Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all social media channels and campaigns weekly and monthly.

Use data insights to optimize content performance, posting times, and audience targeting.

Manage the social media budget, including allocation for paid advertising (boosted posts, targeted ads) focused on lead generation.

Report key metrics and strategic recommendations directly to upper management.

Key Collaborations

Sales Team: Ensure social content accurately reflects available inventory and supports lead capture efforts.

Admin Team: Oversee the Social Media Admin's handling of direct messages, comments, and customer service inquiries.
