Livaclean is a fast‑growing eCommerce company based in the USA, specializing in skincare and healthcare products. Our global remote team thrives in a positive, win‑win culture built on teamwork, open communication, continuous learning, autonomy, flexibility, and high performance.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a highly skilled Amazon Graphic Designer to serve as an in‑house creative resource dedicated to designing SI (Secondary Images) and EBC/A+ Content for our catalog of skincare and healthcare products. You will work closely with Brand Managers, Account Managers, and Copywriters to transform briefs, data, and customer insights into visually compelling Amazon creatives that directly improve CTR, CVR, and overall listing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high‑quality main images, secondary images, comparison charts, infographics, and lifestyle renders that follow Amazon guidelines.
Design EBC/A+ modules and Brand Story layouts aligned with brand identity.
Ensure all images are optimized for mobile‑first design, clear communication, and conversion impact.
Create before/after product visuals (with FDA‑compliant restrictions).
Maintain consistency across SKUs including color palette, logos, typography, and style.
Work from detailed briefs, translate listing insights, competitive breakdowns, and keyword data into compelling visuals.
Draft and revise design concepts for multiple iterations and prepare design directions for A/B testing.
Coordinate with the team on CTRs and CVRs for each creative asset, prepare variations for split tests, and implement data‑driven improvements.
Analyze customer reviews to extract pain points, review competitor listings, stay updated on Amazon image guidelines, EBC/A+ policies, and industry best practices.
Periodically refresh Storefront banners and collection images, and propose new pages based on campaigns or product groupings.
Design assets for Sponsored Brand campaigns, including custom headline ad images, brand creative modules, and seasonal or campaign‑specific visuals.
Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Account Leads, and Copywriters on brief intake, revision cycles, updated brand guidelines, and creative direction alignment; attend weekly syncs to align design deadlines and priorities.
Use ClickUp to track tasks, revisions, deadlines, and approvals; maintain an organized system for file storage and design archives.
Ensure every listing maintains consistent branding (logo placement, typography, style guidelines, color palette, FDA‑safe language) and conduct periodic audits.
