To support our Strategic Growth Initiative – Regional Expansion, we are setting up a Representative office in Jakarta to boost our market presence and serve our Indonesia customers effectively.
EuroVent Fans is the leading Industrial fan and Blower manufacturing company based in Thailand. EuroVent is part of TN Group Thailand, a 50‑year‑old enterprise and a learning organization with a robust growth rate. EuroVent's manufacturing facility is located near Bangkok, and it exports its products across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibility
Sales & Marketing of TN Group Corporation Co., Ltd. manufactured equipment in the Industrial Sector within Indonesia (Industrial Fans & Blowers and Anti‑Pollution Equipment).
Lead generation, preparation of clear and definitive technical and commercial proposals in accordance with defined scopes of supply.
Convert sales leads to POs to achieve pre‑set sales targets for the Indonesia region.
Review enquiry documents in conjunction with functional departments, obtain clarifications as required, and ensure that offered solutions meet customer specifications.
Attend technical clarification meetings with customers and, when required, clarify technical issues to meet customer needs. Travel to attend and lead such meetings is required.
Coordinate the proposal process between Sales Support, Factory, Supply Chain, and internal functional departments to manage responses in line with the proposal schedule and customer requirements.
Submit periodic market activity and intelligence reports, and update the quotation pipeline with the direct report – Country Manager.
Ideal Candidate
Indonesian nationality with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and at least 5 years of relevant industrial equipment sales, technical solutions, or customer support experience.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team, leading the overall sales process while managing a diverse range of disciplines and people.
High degree of commercial understanding.
High degree of self‑motivation and initiative.
Computer literacy, with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to proactively solve problems and think laterally while maintaining project deadlines and commitments.
Ability to handle several quotations/projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and rigor in accurately defining scopes of supply and cost estimates according to factory set costs.
Good command of English (written and oral).
Energy, innovation, an attitude to succeed, and a desire to work as part of a strong team and take ownership of responsibilities within the department.
