Administrative Intern

Responsibilities: Manage and organize administrative data, including preparing reports as needed. Support daily operational activities, especially for the Sales Team. Handle incoming client communications professionally. Assist with operational tasks such as document handling, coordination, and distribution when required.

Requirements Requirements: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in administrative, sales support, or related roles. Experienced using Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage data accurately. Good communication skills and able to work well in a team environment. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. Willing to be placed at Gratyo® Headquarters – North Jakarta.
