Job Description

Process monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, deductions, and tax calculations

Manage BPJS Kesehatan (national health insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment social security) contributions and reporting

Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters

Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation

Assist with the preparation of payroll-related reports and analysis

Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to address any payroll-related issues or discrepancies

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years experience in HR Payroll

Willing to work in Jakarta, and remote areas such as Sumatra, Kalimantan, Maluku, Papua, in The Jungle

Good in English (Mandatory)

Good in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point

Master in HR Payroll/BPJS Kesehatan and Manpower/ General admin
