Technical Sales Associate

Manage project timelines and monitor overall progress.

Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on service progress and client responses.

Confirm sampling schedules with the sales team involving farmers, hatcheries, laboratory teams, universities, and manufacturing clients for various needs.

Collect, organize, and validate farm operational data for field trials.

Develop and maintain customer and project databases for analysis and reporting purposes.

Conduct routine monitoring of project performance indicators and perform preliminary analysis on collected data based on established guidelines.

Provide early notifications when potential technical risks or data discrepancies are identified.

Create data visualizations through tables, charts, and data summaries for further analysis.

Support the verification process of sequencing reports and additional sequencing result requests.

Document project discussion outcomes and follow-up actions while maintaining well-organized archives of data, reports, and project-related SOPs.

Ideally, You Would Have

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Life Sciences or related fields.

Proficient in data processing using Google Sheets, R Studio, and Metabase (data visualization).

Possess strong communication skills to ensure completeness of data submission by sales, administrators, and clients.

Demonstrate discipline in data processing, data entry, and completion of activity reports.
