Production Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and controlling shift production activities to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets by applying Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices. Focuses on material loss improvement, manpower optimization, and maintaining stable production processes while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and environmental standards. Responsibilities

Oversee shift production operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets, ensure product quality on the shop floor, maintain equipment performance through Total Productive Maintenance. Analyze OEE/OOE losses, identify performance gaps using RCA, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement. Monitor and control material loss, perform accurate daily stock inventory, and ensure timely and compliant SAP transactions (GI, GR, confirmation, TECO, adjustments via approved workflow). Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FSCM, Engineering, HR, Quality) to ensure smooth operations and elevate issues affecting manpower, materials, equipment, or process stability. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Food Safety standards. Develop and strengthen team capability and manpower readiness in the production floor. Drive continuous improvement and TPM implementation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical), Food Science, or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in FMCG / Food Manufacturing. Hands‑on experience managing shift‑based production operations. Strong understanding of production management and SQDC control. Familiar with FSSC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 14001, & HALAL Management Systems. Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and basic TPM. Experience in improving OEE / OOE and controlling material loss. Familiar with SAP production transactions and daily stock opname. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Proficient in English; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
