IT Security Development Manager As the

IT Security Development Manager , you will spearhead all

red team operations , leading a team of skilled professionals in simulating adversarial cyber attacks to test and improve the company’s cybersecurity defenses.

Your mission is to ensure that our systems and applications are continuously tested against the latest cyber threats while ensuring operational integrity and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the red team personnel, ensuring their skills are well-aligned with the operations and that they follow ethical and legal standards.

Ensure all red team activities are conducted with a clear understanding of acceptable risk levels, and mitigate any potential impacts on business operations during testing.

Oversee the execution of penetration tests and red team engagements on networks, applications.

Plan realistic cyber-attack scenarios that mimic potential real-world adversaries.

Keep up-to-date with the latest threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures and integrate threat intelligence into red team exercises to ensure simulations are relevant and up-to-date with emerging threats.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in IT Security with a focus on vulnerability management, threat hunting, and red team operations.

Capable in operating Vulnerability management tools (Application, Infrastructure, and Application).

Understand the concept of threat hunting and have experience in integrating to BAU process.

Capable in assessing and executing best practice CI/CD.

Familiar with Threat intelligence platform and integration concept.

Has experience in configuring cloud based security control both to on-premises system and cloud environment.
