Responsibilities

Conduct periodic reviews and updates of the Bank’s Credit Policy, including the Credit Risk Framework, Level 2 Credit Policies for Global Banking, Business Banking, and SME+ segments, as well as other complementary credit policies. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and Maybank Group standards.

Develop new credit policies as needed to support lending activities within Global Banking, Business Banking, and SME+ segments, maintaining consistency with Maybank Group guidelines.

Review credit-related policies, procedures, and product programs prepared by business units in Global Banking, Business Banking, SME+, or other relevant units.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of exposure in credit-related functions, particularly in Commercial and Corporate lending or risk management.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit regulations and policies issued by OJK and Bank Indonesia.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in economic analysis and familiarity with trends in the financial industry.

Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of credit products, credit processes, and the legal aspects of lending.

Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex credit concepts clearly to stakeholders and provide consultative support.

Attention to Detail: Strong capability to review and ensure compliance with internal and external credit policies.

Preferred: Experience in policy development and alignment with group-level standards is an advantage.
