Branch Manager - Gorontalo

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable marketing, sales, operation of all Bank branch activities:

Responsibilities:

Manage, supervise, and control the implementation of branch activities.

Collaborate and coordinate with divisions at Head Office and provide input.

Create long-term plans and short-term strategies, and coordinate with all staff/departments.

Direct and supervise domestic and international operational activities.

Periodically monitor business realization, such as sales targets, budgets, and scorecards, to achieve predetermined results.

Direct and motivate the marketing and sales teams to deepen relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with new ones.

Direct, coordinate, and motivate the marketing team to market investment products as a complementary product variety (cross‑selling) and investment product education for existing customers and new customers.

Periodically monitor the realization of the Wealth Management business.

Ensure that all Risk Management policies and procedures are disseminated to Relationship Officers at the branch and ensure the credit process is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.

Ensure that the branch's financial functions comply with applicable financial reporting and taxation requirements.

Ensure that the AML & CFT program is implemented effectively.

Qualifications:

Preferably a Bachelor's degree from any major.

Minimum 3 years of work experience as Branch Manager Bank is a must

Knowledge of banking, business, and marketing.

Possess a risk management certificate from BSMR with a level according to BI regulations (minimum Level 2).

Possess relevant certifications if appointed to market Wealth Management products.

Possess good communication skills and computer skills, at least Microsoft Office.

Willing to be placed at Gorontalo, Sulawesi
