VP-Head of System Operation S&D

Role responsibilities: Define and implement the long-term strategy for system operations, infrastructure reliability, and service delivery. Drive performance, scalability, and resilience of all IT systems. Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and upgrading of all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. Ensure the highest levels of systems availability and reliability. Establish and enforce best practices, operational procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs) Oversee process of configuring business systems to meet the evolving requirements of internal stakeholders and external clients. Collaborate with product, business units, and customer-facing teams to gather configuration requirements and translate them into system functionality. Ensure timely and accurate execution of configuration changes with minimal disruption to operations. Lead response efforts for system outages and critical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery. Oversee root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures. Work closely with product, engineering, cybersecurity, business units, and executive leadership. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value discussions.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT, telecommunications, computer, information system, programming 7+ years of experience in channel system operations & developments (traditional and non traditional) Experience in operations and development of Sales & Distribution Tools (Apps). Experience in building IBRS/ BRD which is derived from stakeholders requirement and future business needs. Experience in managing the system development projects and dealing with related partners.
