Requirements Minimum 2-year experience in similar position from 4 or 3-star Resort/Hotel. Target oriented, Strong selling and Negotiation skills (1,2). Mastering at HACCP Standard (3, 4). Well acquainted with all day dining and banquet operation (3,4). Computer literate, Fluent in English both written and spoken. Good personality and positive attitude. Mature, confident and have strong leadership skills. Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work under pressure.
